Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

The first game in the Ace Attorney series. It was originally released in Japan on October 11th, 2001 as a Game Boy Advance game under the name Gyakuten Saiban. The original version of the game is split up into four episodes that follow the first four cases of rookie defense attorney Phoenix Wright.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Justice For All

The second game in the Ace Attorney series, and is set about a year after the events of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Unlike the first game, there are no Nintendo DS-exclusive cases in the DS release of Justice For All. The game was brought to the Wii as a downloadable title via WiiWare, and was released in Japan on January 26, 2010 (priced at 1200 Nintendo Points). The game is also available on the Nintendo 3DS as part of the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations

The third installment of the Gyakuten Saiban/Ace Attorney series of text adventure video games, as well as being the last entry in the original Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy. In addition to featuring three episodes in which Phoenix Wright faces off against a mysterious new prosecutor named Godot, the game also features the first two cases of Mia Fey's law career. The game's original release on the Game Boy Advance marked the first time an Ace Attorney game contained more than four episodes.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

The fourth game in the Ace Attorney series. It represents several firsts for the series, being the first to be released on the Nintendo DS other than the ports of the original Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney trilogy. It is also the first full Ace Attorney game for which Kazuya Nuri contributed original art assets, having previously done so for the bonus episode Rise from the Ashes of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Additionally, the game is a sort of reboot for the series, featuring a new protagonist named Apollo Justice.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies

The fifth installment of the Gyakuten Saiban series, and the eighth title overall in the Ace Attorney series of text adventure video games. Dual Destinies takes the main series to the Nintendo 3DS for the first time, preceded by the title Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. It was formally announced with a partial logo in Japan on January 29, 2012, alongside Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD[5][6] as part of the Gyakuten Saiban 10th Anniversary Event. Phoenix Wright returns as the main protagonist, and his design has been changed to reflect his maturation and greater sense of comfort compared to his last cases as a lawyer eight years prior

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice

The sixth installment of the Gyakuten Saiban series, and the tenth installment overall in the Ace Attorney series of text adventure video games. It was announced in Famitsu on September 1, 2015 as a title for the Nintendo 3DS, with Motohide Eshiro as producer and Takeshi Yamazaki and Takuro Fuse as co-directors.[2][3][4] It was confirmed shortly after the Japanese announcement that the game was in development for a Western release.

Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Bōken

Prequel game for the Ace Attorney series of text adventure video games. Available on the Nintendo 3DS, the game is published by Capcom, directed by Shu Takumi, and produced by Shintaro Kojima.[3] Ace Attorney veteran Kazuya Nuri returns for official art, and the soundtrack is composed by Yasumasa Kitagawa (of Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney) and Hiromitsu Maeba. It is the ninth title overall in the series. There are currently no plans for release in the West.[4] A petition for a western release was created by a western fan.

Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Kakugoi

Prequel game for the Ace Attorney series of text adventure video games. It is the eleventh installment overall in the series, and the sequel to Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Bōken. Like its predecessor, it is published by Capcom, produced by Motohide Eshiro, and directed by Shu Takumi, with Kazuya Nuri heading art and Yasumasa Kitagawa composing the soundtrack. The game was announced at Tokyo Game Show 2016 on September 17.
